Description: 1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number M20364-13-Q-0005 is being issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-63 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Supplement (DFARS), current to DPN 20121212. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 423930 and the small business size standard is 100 employees. This RFQ is being issued as a 100% small business set-aside. 2) General Requirement(s): This RFQ is for Vehicle Extrication Simulators ( œJunk Cars ). This includes the delivery, as well as the pick up, of all cars to Indian Head, MD, in accordance with the delivery schedule provided in the RFQ. List of Individual Items: (see attached document, entitled œM20364-13-Q-0005 “ CBIRF Vehicle Extrication Simulators , for detailed descriptions and/or additional RFQ instructions/requirements). CLIN 0001: Vehicle Extrication Simulators ( œJunk Cars ); Quantity of 15 Cars provided must be model year 2000 or newer. Vehicles will have all Hazardous Materials and fluids removed from them, to include but not limited to: Fuel, Engine oil, Antifreeze, Batteries, Air bags, Transmission fluid, Brake fluid and A/C freon. CLIN 0002: Delivery and Pick Up to/from Indian Head, MD; Quantity of 15 (priced per vehicle). Vendor will transport vehicles, in accordance with the delivery schedule, to the CBIRF training location provided on the order.
