Description

The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System (VAPHS) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Watson Pharmaceuticals Inc., Morris Corp Center 111, 400 Interpace Parkway, Parsippany NJ 07054 to do an Emergency purchase of 720 bottles of SUBOXONE 8mg/2mg. Due to the urgent need of this item, a delivery schedule will need to be coordinated and delivered to meet our needs NLT April 4, 2013. This notice of intent to Sole Source is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Vendors are NOT being asked to identify their interest and capability to provide this product as described above due to the urgency of getting this item. No responses will be accepted..
