- The synopsis N6893613T0125 is replacing the previous synopsis N6893613T0105. The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) China Lake, Ca intends to procure, on a Firm Fixed Price basis, a Liquid Nitrogen (LN2) and Gaseous Nitrogen (GN2) System with vacuum jacketed piping system. This procurement is a 100% small business set aside with HUB Zone price evaluation preference. The LN2/GN2 System shall consist of a 9000 Gallon vacuum jacketed holding reservoir, high pressure cryogenic valves, double redundant safety shut off, emergency E Stop shut off control operation panel, and vacuum jacketed piping. The contractor shall design, procure, and install necessary equipment to provide a LN2/GN2 storage and delivery system that will be used to supply LN2/GN2 to four Model EH64 Envirotronics Temperature & Humidity and two Model TSV5 Thermal Shock chambers. The storage tank shall also supply LN2 to Envirotronics Temperature units located in test cells 1 (Model EV37), 2 (Model EV28), 3 (Model EV28), 4 (None at this time), and 5 (Model EH27 and FLX300). The contractor shall also provide and install an LN2 and GN2 supply line into the Amp Room area that will be used for connection to a future EAH64 Temperature/Altitude/Humidity chamber. Specific information to include detailed specifications shall be included in Solicitation N68936-13-T-0125 to be issued and posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online Website at http://www.neco.navy.mil and the FEDBIZOPPS website at http://www.fbo.gov/ on or about 04 April 2013, to close 30 days after the Request for Quotation issue date. This is a commercial item acquisition to be conducted in accordance with FAR parts 12 and 13.5. Delivery requirements shall be F.O.B. Destination China Lake, Ca. All responsible sources may submit a written quotation which shall be considered by the agency. All responses shall be submitted in writing to the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, Code 210000D, Attn: Jessica Rodriguez, 429 E. Bowen Road Mail Stop 4015, China Lake, ca 93555-6108.
