- Solicitation number, SPE4A6-13-R-0836, SC1000009414, Multi-NSN 1440-01-035-2537, support, umbilical hook and 1440-01-266-5209, Snubber. Unit of issue is each for both NSNs. Solicitation is an 100% small business set aside (SBSA) procurement using the procedures of Full and Open Competition after exclusion of a source. Non-Commercial and is not CSI. The highest priority weapon system is Z9N for both NSNs. Export control applies to both NSNs. Basic drawing number is 30003 58A164D840 dated 6/1/2009, part piece 58A164D840 for NSN 1440-01-035-2537 and 30003 58A164D875 dated 2/20/07 for NSN 1440-01-266-5209. The solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. The requested delivery is 229 days ARO for NSN 1440-01-035-2537 and 168 days for NSN 1440-01-266-5209. Surge does not apply to either NSN. Shipment will be to any DLA stock location in the continental United States. Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) applies. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 26 each for NSN 1440-01-035-2537 and 49 each for NSN 1440-01-266-5209 and is applicable to the base year only. The maximum quantity for all 5 years is 1,530 each for NSN 1440-01-035-2537 and 1,455 each 1440-01-266-5209. Award will be based on evaluation of each NSN and therefore multiple awards may occur. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at origin/origin. Solicitation will issue on April 18, 2013 with a closing date of May 20, 2013. Reverse auction clause 52.215-9023 applies.
