- The Theater Contracting Center/Information Technology Division intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to Motorola, Inc to provide Land Mobile Radio (LMR) maintenance and repair services for United States (U.S.) Army installations within the European Theater. The overall objective is to maximize the availability and effectiveness of U.S. Army Government-owned Land Mobile Radio equipment. The period of performance is for one year. This Notice of Intent is not a request for proposal or quotation. No contract award will be made on the basis of any Expressions of Interest (EOIs), proposals or quotations received in response to this notice. This purchase will be made under simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13.5 and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
