- Description
- Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the Government plans to award a Cost Plus Incentive Fee (CPIF), incrementally funded contract to General Dynamics Land Systems (GDLS) for engineering design, logistics, test, and evaluation support of the Stryker Phase II ECP Upgrade Program R&D effort. GDLS is the only known source with the unique engineering expertise required for the complex vehicle engineering tasks associated with the Stryker ECP efforts. GDLS is also the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of all Stryker variants and retains ownership of the TDP. To maximize subcontracting opportunities, the OEM will be directed contractually to compete work at principal subcontractor and lower tier vendor levels in support of Government competition objectives. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which the agency will consider.
