Description
Clauses Wage Determination Rates Scope of Work We are looking to install a Remote Monitoring Station in OOD Berthing as part of an existing CCTV system at United States Coast Guard Station Grand Isle, Louisiana. The remote monitoring station will be incorporated into an existing CCTV system as a standalone to view engaged areas. The monitoring station will include 360° view of the 26 acre base; this is to include, but not limited to, full coverage of all parking areas, entire fence line, entrance ways and pool in accordance with the attached scope of work. 2. Scope (This can be found in the attached scope of work pages 2 & 3) 2.1. Install Remote Monitoring Station in Night Watch Room as part an existing CCTV system at United States Coast Guard Station Grand Isle, Louisiana. The remote monitoring station will be incorporated into an existing CCTV system as a standalone to view engaged areas. The monitoring station will include 360° view of the 26 acre base; this is to include, but not limited to, full coverage of all parking areas, entire fence line, entrance ways and pool. The placement location of the monitoring station shall be determined by the COR or command leadership personnel. 2.2. Monitor must be PELCO brand equivalent or better with IR high resolution and include installation to wall by brackets with tilt for monitors. The installation will include a Hewlett Packard (HP) Desktop with 8 GB Memory and 1 TB Hard Drive brand equivalent or better with graphic card, mouse and keyboard. Additionally, the installation will include network switch, wire, conduit and mounting materials. Moreover, training on how to operate the system must be included. 2.3. Previously installed equipment and software shall be utilized whenever possible except when: outdated, unserviceable, incompatible, or do not meet the minimum specifications outlined below. 2.4. Contractor shall assume a 32 month maintenance agreement immediately upon starting work on all new CCTV equipment as well as all existing CCTV equipment and also to include at least a yearly site visit for system maintenance and a 24-hour casualty response for system repair. All labor and parts shall be provided under the agreement. 2.5. Contractor shall perform all programming requirements for a completely integrated system. 2.6. Option should be available to allow system to tie into a 24 hours monitoring (i.e. Sector) for units without live 24 hour watch standing. 2.7. Equipment requirements: Hardware: • Mounting hardware shall be marine grade 302 stainless steel or better. • Conduit shall meet NEC requirement for exterior and interior use. • Fitting shall be water tight. • Junction boxes shall meet NEMA type 4 standards. Monitor: • LCD Monitor (Pelco brand or equivalent or better) Computer: • Desktop (Hewlett Packard brand equivalent brand or better) 2.8. System Testing and Commissioning: The contractor is responsible for all system testing. The contractor shall test all installed equipment before any tests are scheduled with Coast Guard personnel. The contractor is also responsible for scheduling the performance verification test (PVT) with designated U.S. Coast Guard government security representative (DCMS 3411, U. S. Coast Guard Headquarters, Washington, DC). The PVT shall ensure that all installed equipment is working according to specifications and ready for operation.
