- This is a notice of intent for the General Services Administration to solicit space for the Social Security Administration in Columbus, Mississippi from MSDG Columbus, LLC, 3577 Bluecutt Road, Columbus, MS 39705-1302, the current lessor. The Govenrment will negotiate a sole cource lease at the existing location, 3577 Bluecutt Road Building, 3577 Bluecutt Road, Columbus, MS 39705-1302. This is due to the economic benefit i.e. relocation/moving of personal property, telecommunication relocation, disruption, and tenant improvement costs which are not expected to be recovered through full and open competition. The government will negotiate with the current lessor to lease approximately 10,377 rentable square feet of office and related space. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Occupancy is required on August 15, 2013. The term of the lease will be for 10 years, 5 years firm.
