Description

Attachment 05: System for Award Management (SAM) Attachment 04: Experience Questionairre Attachment 03: Maps (1-4) Attachment 02: Statement of Work Attachment 01: Wages Solicitation Body Pages (2-39) SF-1449 Page 1 The US Forest service has a requirement for the Lawn care/ Ground Maintenance for the Southern Hardwood Laboratory located in Stoneville, MS. The resultant contract will consist of a base period with the option to exercise four additional years. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment and materials to perform all operations necessary to accomplish the work in accordance with the Solicitation Provisions, Contract Clauses, Statement of Work/Specifications, in order to complete the work specified in Attachment 2. A Pre-Bid meeting has been scheduled on Wednesday 10 April 2013 at 9:30am (See Section L in Solicitation) In order to be considered, an "Active" status in the System for Award Management(SAM)is required by the date the solicitation responses are due. Directions can be found in Attachment 05.
