- This procurement has result ed in multiple awards for nationwide IDIQ Construction Services with Design/Build Capabilities for DHS programs and other customers of the General Services Administration. The multiple award IDIQ contracts shall be for a period of one (1) year, with provision to exercise options for four (4) additional one year periods, not to exceed a total of five years. Multiple awards will be made with each awardee being guaranteed a minimum of $1000 for the base year only. The minimum ordering limitation per task order will be $500. The maximum ordering limitation of each contract is up to $25 million per year. Services to be ordered under the contracts may require selected firms to have the capacity to provide turnkey new construction, paving, electrical, mechanical, asbestos removal/remediation, elevator, escalator, HVAC, flooring, sewage plants, electrical plants, landscaping, installation of DHS specific monitoring equipment, and other specialized disciplines. The design and construction must address any complex operational issues, be efficient to build and maintain, meet Federal Energy goals, comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and meet Federal Security requirements.
