Work involves, but is not limited to, providing design and construction services to the Government for a complete, fully functioning, vertical loop geothermal heating and cooling heat pump system to include all parts, material, equipment, and labor. The appropriate NAICS code for this procurement is 238220 with a small business size standard of $14.0 million. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The construction cost limitation is $150,000 (includes design and construction). Offerors are under no obligation to approach this amount.
