- : ****ATTENTION****ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO: Melissa Limbaugh, Contract Specialist, email: melissa.d.limbaugh.civ@mail.mil No telephone calls will be accepted. PRON: AX3CF363AX; NOUN: Cable Assembly, Spec; NSN: 6150-01-612-2186; P/N: 1025007-1. Minimum Quantity: 3 each Maximum quantity of 9 each; Basic + 2 Options type contract applicable to CF (Flexible Engine Diagnostic System (FEDS). Required delivery with Government Tested Quality Verification Samples is 3 each to Redstone Arsenal, AL. The Option quantities will be shipped to New Cumberland, PA. The Contractor shall deliver 3 units of both Lot/Item within 150 calendar days from the date of this contract to the Government. Within 60 days after the Government receives the Quality Verification (QV) Samples, the Contracting Officer shall notify the Contractor, in writing of the acceptance or rejection of the Quality Verification Samples. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. Separate Awards may be made for these items. The Government has the rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
