- The United States Government seeks to lease contiguous, one-level office space consisting of a minimum of 7,524 ANSI/BOMA useable square feet to a maximum of 7,900 ANSI/BOMA useable square feet. Space must meet any and all requirements of the Request for Lease Proposals package and be located within Fall River, Massachusetts, within the following delineated area: Starting at the intersection of Locust and North Main Street: Westerly on Locust Street to Taunton River; northerly on N Main Street ending at the intersection of Brightman and N Main Streets; Westerly on Brightman Street to Taunton River. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, seven (7) years firm and should be offered at a full service lease rate and meet all Government requirements. The space must meet requirements for fire-safety and handicapped access in accordance with ABAAS guidelines. Space shall be located within a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or in an office, research, technology, or business park that is modern in design with a campus like atmosphere. The estimated occupancy date is 10/01/2014. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING NO LATER THAN 2:00 PM EST on APRIL 24, 2013 AND MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: 1) Building name and address, and location of offered space in the building. 2) Legal description 3) Drawing of space offered. 4) ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet 5) Rentable Square Feet Offered 6) Percentage of Common Area Factor used to Determine the Rentable Square Feet 7) Number of parking spaces available on the premises. 8) Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted. 9) Ownership Name and type of legal entity. Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: In no event shall the Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of any Federal Agency other than the officers and employees of General Services Administration (GSA) or their authorized representative.
