- The requirement is for the Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) A-Kits for Lot 1 and Lot 2, and the purchase of Initial Provisioning Spares in support of the Cockpit and Sensor Upgrade Program (CASUP) program for OH-58D Kiowa modification to OH-58F. The quantity required is 38 ship-sets, where one ship-set is equal to 5 A-Kits. This is a sole source requirement to Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc.
