Description

This is not a solicitation announcement. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. The purpose of this notice is to announce that the Veterans Affairs (VA) Loma Linda Healthcare System (VALLHS) is seeking a contractor to assist with the provision of approximately eight Community Based Residential Beds that provide care and treatment services for Homeless Veterans. The Contractor shall be responsible for admitting Veterans, assessing Veteran's needs, conducting initial and ongoing assessments, care planning, coordinating services, supervision, evaluating the care and services provided and discharge planning. A solicitation shall be issued on or about April 10, 2013 with proposals due no later than April 29, 2013 at 3:00pm Pacific Time. All interested parties must respond to that solicitation. A response to this notice is not a request to be added to a prospective bidders list or to receive a copy of the solicitation. Telephonic responses will not be entertained.
