- Description
- The contractor will be responsible for providing management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies and shall be responsible for the efficient, effective, economical, and satisfactory operation, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems as well as custodial and related services in accordance with the requirements as stated in the Statement of Work. The Government will select the responsible offeror whose proposal offers the best value to the Government in terms of pricing and technical merit. For this procurement, technical factors, when combined are significantly more important that price. This procurement is a Total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside under NAICS code 561210, Facilities Support Services. The Small Business Size Standard is $35.5M. The Government contemplates a single award of a firm-fixed price IDIQ contract with one base year period and 4 one (1) year option periods. The base year period of performance is July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014. Responses are due to the Contracting Officer by May 6, 2013 no later than 4:00PM Eastern Time.
