Description

Solicitation SOW The Maryland Air National Guard 2701 Eastern Blvd. Baltimore Md. 21220 is seeking the Hotels with the capability of holding a yellow ribbon event. The hotel must be within the downtown inner harbor area. This event will require a main meeting/banquet room and 4 breakout rooms, 4 contracted meals and AV equipment. Dates for this event will be May 31, 2013 to 1 June 2013. See attached SOW dated 18March2013. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 72110. Paper copies will not be available. You may download the solicitation and email your quote. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for award management (SAM). Payment will be made by electronic transfer using Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). All responsive offers will be considered by the agency. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE Code). It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Small business will have preference. Award will be based on past performance approximately equal to price.
