Description

The Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center intends to solicit proposals from contractors to provide Full Maintenance Services which include: Preventative Maintenance Inspection Services, Corrective Services, Labor, and Parts in accordance with the Original Equipment Manufacturer's requirements for the Varian Clinac HE 2100/2300 Multi-leaf Collimator Portal Vision Accelerator located at 1481 W 10th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana. A Base plus four (4) Option Year Firm Fixed Price Contract is being contemplated. The VA anticipates issuing a solicitation for this requirement on or about April 10, 2013 with a tentative closing date of April 19, 2013. The solicitation will be available for download from http://www.fbo.gov. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide full information to contractors about the proposal submission process. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the FBO website so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments. NAICS Code is 811219, and Size Standard is $19 Million. The solicitation will be issued for full and open competition. All responsible sources may submit proposals which shall be considered by the Agency. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) data base at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Registration is free and potential offerors are encouraged to visit that SAM website and register as soon as possible to avoid delays should they be selected for a contract award. Questions concerning this announcement should be directed to the Contracting Officer using the e-mail link provided. Responses must be submitted in writing to the Richard L.
