- SF 30 - Amendment 1 Schedule of Items Q & As The Talladega Ranger District of the Talladega National Forest in the National Forests in Alabama has a requirement for Talladega Work Center Roof Replacement. The Project consists of the complete demolition of approximately 9030 SF roof shingles including front porch, deteriorated roof components, turbine ventilators, replacing approximately 325 SF of siding on the North side of the building facing the District Office and installation of standing seam metal roof with ridge cap and 12" x 18" gable vents. Any components replaced shall be of same material, color and grade, unless specified otherwise. Roofs shall be 2" Zee-Lock High Seem Tee- Panel manufactured by Berridge Company, or CertainTeed XT30 IR, or equal. Color shall be Copper Brown. The siding board shall be T1-11PT Southern Yellow Pine and painted to match the existing siding. 2" Standing Seam Metal Roof (Option 1) or 3 Tab Asphalt Shingles (Option 2). Only one option will be awarded. The size standard is $14 million under NAICS code 238160. This is a Small Business Set-Aside solicitation. The magnitude of this project is less than $100,000.
