- The synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronics and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is a single point of entry for posted of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access the information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a sole source basis from Atego Systems, Inc., a small business, located 5930 Cornerstone Court West, Suite 2000, San Diego, CA 92121a quantity of 14 (fourteen) Artisan Studio 7.4 annual renewal maintenance, Part Number AS-CORE-RE. Period of Performance is 4/1/2013 thru 3/31/2014 and a quantity of 2 (two) Artisan Studio Reviewer annual renewal maintenance, Part Number AS-REV-RE. Period of Performance 4/1/2013 to 3/31/2014. As the manufacturer, Atego Systems, Inc. is the only company known to provide this software maintenance. Quote shall address any shipping/freight costs for FOB Destination Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 13. The order shall be firm fixed price. DFAR 252-232-7003 (Electronics Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports) is applicable to this purchase. Pricing should be FOB Destination to Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, 6220 Tisdale Road, Suite 159, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). Offerors may obtain information on registration in the CCR by calling 1-888-227-2423, or via the Internet at https://www.ccr.gov. A formal request for quote will not be issued as all items are identified in this synopsis. Quote is due 10 Apr 2013, no later than 12:00p.m. (local NSWCDD time) with an anticipated award date by 15 Apr 2013.
