- M870 Semi-Trailer NSN 2330-00-133-1713: Side Panels and stakes not required M870A1 Semi-Trailer NSN 2330-01-224-9245: Side Panels and stakes not required M872A1 Semi-Trailer NSN 2330-01-109-8006 M872A2 Semi-Trailer NSN 2330-01-119-5837 M872A3 Semi-Trailer NSN 2330-01-142-1385 Contractor will be notified by RRAD via delivery order that Trailers are ready to be picked up at the depot for Blasting, Priming, Painting and Rust Proofing. Contractor will pick up the assets at RRAD and move them to their facility. Blast, Prime, Paint, and Rust Proof of each trailer in accordance with applicable technical data as specified in the PWS. RRAD will notify Contractor when Trailers are ready to be picked up from Maintenance to be moved to Contractor Facility for Final Painting and Rust Proofing. Once this has been completed Contractor will Return Final Painted Trailers to RRAD. This is a 100% Small Business set aside. NAICS Code: 811121 Any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will be a DO rated order certified for national defense use under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) (15 CFR 700), and the Contractor will be required to follow all of the requirements of this regulation. Contractors and their Sub-Contractors facilities where this work will be performed will be within 100 miles from RRAD straight line distance. A mandatory pre-proposal conference will take place on Tuesday, May 21st, 12:30pm CST at in the Conference Room, Building 431N at Red River Army Depot. Email should include company name and names of attendees by Monday, May 20th, 12pm CST with the subject line of Pre-Proposal Conference. Request for proposal will issue on or about 9 May 13 and will be available on the RRAD website: https://www.redriver.army.mil. Request for proposal will close on or about June 20th, 4pm CST. Address all questions and comments in writing to Robyn.e.james.civ@us.army.mil. All proposals must be submitted on the Standard Form 1449!
