- PM/RM Ice Machines DOL Wage Determination PM/RM Ice Machines Safety Appendix C PM/RM Ice Machines Appendix A Equipment Lists Ice Machines PM/RM Performance Work Statement (PWS) Request for Quote (RFQ) for PM/RM for Ice Machines @ Tinker AFB, Ok The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, materials, parts, quality control, transportation, personal protective equipment and clothing including reflective clothing (e.g. belt, vest), hearing and eye protection including prescription safety glasses, safety harnesses, fall protection equipment, lifting equipment and any incidentals necessary to provide Preventive Maintenance 4 times a year, once every quarter,and Remedial Maintenance services as needed on the 76 MXW Ice Machines and their components located on Tinker AFB, OK. Contractor shall provide services in an industrial environment that could have potential for exposure to materials such as greases, lubricants, solvents, particulates, and heavy metal dusts (e.g. chromium, cadmium, lead) The contractor shall meet the requirements of 29 CFR 19010.1026, Chromium VI; 29 CFR 1910.1027, Cadmium; and 29 CFR 1910.1025, Lead. Estimated - Period of Performace: Basic Year 3 June 2013- 2 June 2014 Option I 3 June 2014- 2 June 2015 Option II 3 June 2015- 2 June 2016 The System for Award Management (SAM) is required to receive an award.
