- ***ATTENTION**** ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO CCAM-ALL, DARRYL WRIGHT, CONTRACTING OFFICER, VIA e-mail: darryl.wright2.civ@mail.mil, or fax number 256-955-9237. No telephone requests will be accepted. NOUN: Cable Assembly, Spec, PRON: D13F0020D1, NSN: 5995-01-307-9058, PN: 13264875, Quantity: 54 each applicable to the Avenger (DP) system. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002. Required delivery is 54 each, 90 Days After Contract Award. This item is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Due to urgency, we intend to release the solicitation immediately; therefore, companies are encouraged to express their interest immediately. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. Distribution Code D - THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470.
