Description
Item 1 - Boots, Safety, Men's 8-inch PGC#02593 Item 2 - Shoes, Molders, Congress Style, Steel Safety Toe. PGC#01510 Item 1: Boot, Safety, 8-inch, Quantity: BASE: MIN 1,014PR / MAX 6,750PR with four term options. OPTION 1 THRU 4: MIN 1,014 PR / MAX 6,750PR. Destination: Peckham Vocational (VSTN). Item to be manufactured in accordance with CID A-A-59530A. Production Lead-Time is 120 days after date of award. Item 2: Molder Shoe, Quantity: BASE: MIN 1,050 PR / MAX 5,250 PR with four term options. OPTION 1 THRU 4: MIN 1,050 PR / MAX 5,250 PR. Destination: New Cumberland, PA (DDSP) Shoe, Molder's, 6 inch high, Black Cattlehide Leather, Congress Style with Safety Steel Toe and Goodyear Welt Construction, shall be in accordance with styles NMF Molder ID-6150 or ID-6296, Cove Shoe Company Stock Number 26703, Wolverine/Bates Shoe Company Style 00125, or equal. Production Lead-Time is 120 days after date of award. Procurement will be issued as unrestricted. Best value source selection procedures will be utilized, where technical merit equal to cost and price. Required submission of Product Demonstration Models (PDM), Experience Past Performance, and Small Business Support. DLAD 52.215-9023 - Reverse Auction will be included in the solicitation to permit the Contracting Officer to utilize this on-line reverse auctioning technique as a means of conducting price discussions if deemed advantageous to the government. Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(d) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form. Offeror should register to receive notification of this solicitation or solicitation amendments. Solicitation will be posted on https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. The Defense appropriations and authorization acts and other statutes (including what is commonly referred to as "The Berry Amendment") impose restrictions on the DoD's acquisition of foreign products and services. Generally, Clothing and Textile items (as defined in DFARS clause 252.225-7012) and "specialty metals" (as defined in DFARS clause 252.225-7014) must be grown, reprocessed, reused, melted or produced in the United States, its possessions or Puerto Rico, unless one of the DFARS 225.7002-2 exceptions applies.
