- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Synopsis: The combined synopsis/solicitation number is W91ZLK-13-T-0110. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-66. This requirement is Service Disabled Veteran Owned competitive. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order. Description of Requirement: The intent of this contract is to provide all certifications, equipment, tools, material, labor, and vehicles to deliver 1 tone cylinders of sulfur dioxide as stated in the Scope of Work (SOW) for the Water Treatment Plant. See scope of work for delivery information. NOTES to Offerors: The combined synopsis solicitation shall be used as the format for submissions and signed on page one block 30. All Questions are to be submitted via e-mail to Russell.w.estep.civ@mail.mil no later than 24 April 2013 at the close of business, 4:30 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Questions are to have the solicitation number and the word question in the subject line i.e. quote mark W91ZLK-13-T-0110 question quote mark answers will be posted promptly. No questions will be addressed after the stated date and time. No questions will be answered via telephone. The Government reserves the right to cancel the referenced solicitation if deemed to be in its best interest.
