- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Please see attached solicitation for complete requirement: The building construction shall be an open web construction with all steel framing members allowing for a clear span interior space. All exterior panels, roof and wall, shall be a minimum 26 gauge colored screw down with colored trim and painted fasteners, 8 quote mark thick walls Vented Ridge cap shall be provided of a matching color to the roof panels All interior panels, roof and wall, shall be a white screw down of a minimum 29 gauge colored with painted fasteners Full cavity insulation in the roof (R-29) and walls (R-25) minimum 1' eave and rake extensions with soffit on roof perimeter 1 - 6'x8'Framed opening with trim in one end wall 1 - 12'x 12' Framed opening with trim in one end wall 2 - Insulated overhead garage doors one shall be 6' x 8' and the second 12' x 12' 3 - 36 quote mark pre-hung insulated exterior steel walk doors with half glass and lock sets Base skirt shall be provided for exterior panels 4 - 36 quote mark pre-hung interior doors with half glass and lock sets Vendor to supply all fasteners for assembling framing and attaching all panels
