- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY! Solicitation W911SA-13-T-0132 will be posted on or near 12 APRIL 2013 on www.fbo.gov. Telephone, written or electronic requests for hard copies of the solicitation documentation will be discouraged. Vendors interested in this solicitation should access www.fbo.gov for issuance of the solicitaion, associated documents and solicitation amendments. Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments. MICC Fort McCoy intends to issue Solicitation W911SA-13-T-0132 for non- Personal Service to provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and other items or services necessary to provide lodging and conference space in Spokane, WA.
