Brand Name Justification Title: SSA Annex Building Cooling Tower Replacement Project This notice is being placed for informational purposes only - This notice is not a solicitation for offers or quotes. The U.S. General Services Administration (Mid-Atlantic Region 3) anticipates issuing a task order to one of the existing GSA Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Term Repair & Alterations Contractors. The intent is to issue a task order to one of GSA's IDIQ Repair & Alterations Term Contractors. It is anticipated that this task order will be awarded on a firm fixed price basis.
