REQUEST FOR QUOTE TO APPLY JM CORBOND III SPRAY CLOSED CELL FOAM INSULATION AT MOUNT KA ™ALA ARSR, HAWAII 1.PURPOSE The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Northwest Mountain Region, is requesting quotes to apply JM Corbond III spray closed cell foam insulation to 5,100 square feet on FAA facility at Mount Ka ™ala in Hawaii. All interested vendors are advised that the FAA will not pay for any information or any administrative costs incurred that are associated with any response received from industry in response to this Request for Quote. 2.SET-ASIDE INFORMATION This procurement is a total set-aside for small business concerns. 3.SCOPE OF WORK The Federal Aviation Administrative (FAA), Northwest Mountain Region, intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price Contract to apply JM Corbond III spray closed cell foam insulation on the roof area Mount Ka ™ala in Hawaii. Contractor is to furnish all labor, materials, shipping costs, and equipment.
