- The purpose of this announcement is to alert all interested parties that on or around April 24th, 2013 the FAA will post draft SIR DTFACT-13-R-00013 on the FAA Contract Opportunities Page for the FAA Cloud Services Acquisition (FCS). The FAA draft FCS SIR is part of a series of pre-solicitation activities under the FCS Program at the FAA, including the FAA Common Support Services Cloud Market Survey, released 9/26/2012 and the FAA RFI for Data Center Consolidation and Hosting Services, released 7/5/2012.
