Description

Wage Determination Statement of Work FA4877-13-R-0020 Repair/Replace Lighting Contractor will replace High-Bay High Intensity Discharge (HID) fixtures' lamps with T5HO lamps; and install 360 degree occupancy control sensors to each fixture (except for those lighting the emergency-egress paths) in 19 facilities. Provide all necessasry electrical to control high-bay fixtures, to replace existing breaker switching. Repair, patch and patch existing walls where conduit and fittings are demolished, to match existing adjacent surfaces. All work is IAW SOW. A site Visit is scheduled for 17 Apr 2013 @ 0900. Please meet at the Visitors Center NLT 0830 for a visitors pass. NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Straddle B program requirement - Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any cost.
