Description

CORRECTED RETURN PACKET CORRECTED SOLICITATION AMENDMENT NO. 1 The USDA Forest Service, Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests, Springerville, Arizona, has requirement for Repaving National Forest System Road 300 with Asphalt. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price contract under the Request For Proposal (RFP) format using best value. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Small Business size standard is $33.5 Million under NAICS code 237310. In order to be eligible for award of a Federal contract, potential vendors need to already be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov The solicitation packages, plans, and specifications will be made available on or after April 2, 2013, and will be posted at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. No Telephone requests for solicitation packages will be accepted. Requests for solicitation packages maybe downloaded from the FBO website or requested by FAX to: (928) 333-5966, Attn: Margaret Cisco. Amendment No. 1 Corrects the Schedule of Items. Offerors should use the Corrected version of solicitaiton and return package. The Closing Date for responses to the RFP remains May 21, 2013, 4:00 p.m. local time (Springerville, Arizona).
