Can you elaborate on what type of software development and testing you will be doing? Specifically: Answer: There shouldn't be any custom software requirements for fully functional stand alone software. There will be requirements for Database creation and management to handle all Construction Surveillance observations to include pictures, plans, data points, etc. 2. Are there out of scope/back-end applications or systems you will be testing and developing against? How many? If not, is this a traditional stovepipe system with no interaction between other systems? Answer: Systems will be stand alone and local to each construction site. There are no back end tie ends that will require configuration or testing. 3. Is there any type of integration layer to those back-end applications; i.e. ESB/SOA/ or messaging layer? Answer: Systems will be stand alone and local to each construction site. There are no back end tie ends that will require configuration or testing. 4. Do you envision having any issues with standing up enough test environments to back-end systems in order to effectively test the integration between your system under test against other systems it will interface with, prior to production? Answer: Systems will be stand alone and local to each construction site. There are no back end tie ends that will require configuration or testing. ******************************** 12 MAR 2013 See Market Survey and PWS attachment.
