Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. An amendment has been issued for a purchase order for a Paint Booth, Semi Downdraft, 16' wide x 9 ' tall x 20' long, Paint Booth Technologies Model MDTB-1609-26-SBP or equal [further details listed in solicitation and in attached Q & A]. Contractors submitting quotes as equals must provide product specifications with offers. Failure to furnish this information may result in offer being considered non-responsive. The solicitation shall be issued via the internet at http://www.fbo.gov. Any changes to the solicitation shall also be posted to this web site and it is the contractor's responsibility to check daily at this site for any amendments. All contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD must be registered at the System for Award Management (SAM).
