- This is a Notice of Intent of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Memphis District to negotiate a sole source award with My Company Inc., 729 SE Wear Ave., Topeka, KS 66607-1769, (785) 221-1008. The NAICS code is 237990. The estimated value of the work is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor and materials for the construction of 40 relief wells to include drilling, installation and testing of relief wells and related equipment; performance of relief well pumping tests; drilling of pilots holes; installation of concrete-filled steel pipe guard posts; constructing well collector ditches, constructing a drainage swale, clearing and grubbing of existing outlet ditches; culvert installation; riprap installation; establishment of turf; and environmental protection. This contract action is being accomplished used other than competitive procedures due to a statue that exists that expressly authorizes or requires that this acquisition be made from a specific source or through another agency; specifically, FAR 6.302-5(b)(4) for sole source awards under the 8(a) program (15 U.S.C. 637(a)) and in accordance with 13 CFR 124. 1-1(c) and FAR 19.8.
