AL ***** PROJECT: MT PRA GLAC 10(39), GTSR Rehabilitation, Siyeh Bend to Rising Sun, Phase XII, Glacier National Park, Glacier County, Montana LOCATION: 6.2 Miles SW of St. Mary, Montana WORK: The work consists of grading, base, pavement, base, drainage, structures, and retaining walls and stone masonry guardwalls and other small items of work. LENGTH: 9.13 Miles NOTICE OF SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY MT PRA GLAC 10(39), GTSR Rehabilitation, Siyeh Bend to Rising Sun, Phase XII will be solicited to the Glacier SATOC Contractor, H-K Contractors, Inc. Box 51450, Idaho Falls, ID 83405 Phone: (208) 523-6600 This project is anticipated to be solicited Winter 2012/2013 This project will include 2 bid schedules. There will be a Base schedule plus 1 Option. This project is being advertised with an Economic Price Adjustment specification. PRELIMINARY PLANS and a letter with additional project information are in electronic format only and are posted with this synopsis. Registering at ADD TO WATCHLIST box insures notification when solicitation documents are posted. When solicitation documents are issued, the REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL ( specifications and plans ) will be posted at this link. TENTATIVE COMPLETION DATE: Spring 2015 ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE: B etween $15 Million and $20 Million. This paragraph announces possible financing available to small businesses. The three types of businesses that are eligible to receive a loan through this program are: (1) Firms that have received DBE certification from a state or local transportation agency; (2) Eligible small business firms; and (3) Firms that have received a disability rating by the Veteran's Administration and have certified themselves as a SDVOSB. Start-up businesses are not eligible to receive a STLP line of credit and should contact the SBA for information about other possible forms of financial assistance. (NOTE - This paragraph does not reserve this solicitation for these types of business) : The Department of Transportation's (DOT) Short-Term Lending Program (STLP) offers working capital financing in the form of lines of credit to finance accounts receivable for transportation related contracts.
