- Market Research Questionnaire (Excel Document) Market Research Questionnaire (Word Document) 10k Rough Terrain Diesel Ordering Data 6k Rough Terrain Diesel Ordering Data 6k & 10k Diesel Purchase Description (WSS PD-506) 4k Rough Terrain Diesel - Tech Data Pkg (PD-500 & Ordering Data) ***PLEASE COMPLETE BOTH THE WORD DOC AND EXCEL DOC*** Item Name(s): Various (shipboard use) Diesel Forklifts (1) 4K RT Diesel Forklift (DS Rated), Shipboard Use (I/A/W PD-500) (2) 6K RT Diesel Forklift (DS Rated), Shipboard Use (I/A/W PD-506) (3) 10K RT Diesel Forklift (DS Rated), Shipboard Use (I/A/W PD-506) Classification(s): (1) 4K Rough Terrain Diesel: 4,000 pound capacity, at 24 inch load center, to a minimum lift height of 100 inches (2) 6K Rough Terrain Diesel: Type I, 6000 pound capacity at 24 inch load center (3) 10K Rough Terrain Diesel: Type III, 10,000 pound capacity at 48 inch load center DLA Troop Support is conducting market research on the above item(s) to determine an acquisition strategy that will enhance our support of military customers worldwide as well as to determine what your industry will be capable of providing with respect to the required item(s). For this reason, DLA Troop Support would appreciate your firm sharing your expertise and insight into how these items can be most efficiently procured. DLA Troop Support anticipates issuing a solicitation for the referenced item(s) under an Indefinite-Delivery, Requirements-type Contract. The contract may be for a term of five (5) years with no options. Each year will be considered a separate base year (base year 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5) for the purposes of calculating the Economic Price Adjustment. We may request one price for the first base year, which may be adjusted in accordance with the EPA clause, for the subsequent base years (2-5). It should be noted that this inquiry, in no way, should be interpreted as a solicitation for offers. No information provided in response to this inquiry will be considered binding between the vendor and the Government. With these facts in mind, it is requested that you review the item(s) listed above and answer the questions on the attached pages. The answers you provide will remain confidential.
