- Description
- The objective of this acquisition is to repair exterior masonry on Building 101 in Gaithersburg, MD. The Contractor is to provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision required to perform the needed masonry repairs to building 101. The contractor shall perform all drilling for the mechanical anchoring system and sawing/grinding of mortar joints. The contractor shall re-seal joints in marble cladding repairs. The contractor shall perform the needed modifications to the concrete masonry unit (CMU) wall. Work are may extend up to 24' high. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. A solicition is expected to be issued on or about April 25, 2013.
