- COMPLETE STATEMENT OF WORK STANDARD FORM 1449 CLAUSES PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 23Apr-01May Contractor To drain and dispose of tank contents, and clean tank's using high pressure washing (Steam). Inspect and dry Dirty Oil Tank (5-192-2-F) has 900 gal of waste oil in it, with a maximum capacity 4000 gallon.
