- Project Map 2 Project Map 1 Standar Form 33 Statement of work Cover Letter The International Boundary Commission, United States and Canada (IBC), is mandated by treaty to maintain an effective boundary line between the two countries. This is accomplished in part by keeping a 20-foot wide strip (vista), 10 feet in each country, clear of trees, brush and other obstructions and the boundary monuments in good repair. This Contract is a 35.01 mile vista-cutting project located along the North Line (Maine-New Brunswick) section of the U.S. Canadian Boundary.
