Description

The USDA Forest Service, Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests, Black Mesa Ranger District, has requirement for Forest Roads Maintenance, Repairs, and Construction. All of this work is covered under the Davis-Bacon Act. The Government anticipates making multiple awards (MAS) of Firm Fixed-Price IDIQ (Indefinite-Delivery / Indefinite-Quantity) contracts under the Request For Proposal (RFP) format. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Small Business size standard is $33.5 Million under NAICS code 237310. The solicitation packages, plans, and specifications will be made available on or after April 26, 2013, and will be posted at http://www.fbo.gov. In order to be eligible for award of a Federal contract, Contractors shall be registered in System for Award Management (https://www.sam.gov ) in order to remain in the competitive range. No Telephone requests for solicitation packages will be accepted. Vendors may request printed copy of the solicitation package by FAX to: (928) 333-5966, Attn: Margaret Cisco. A Pre-Proposal Meeting is scheduled for May 21, 2013, 9:30 a.m., Supervisor's Office, 30 S. Chiricahua Drive, Springerville, AZ 85938. The Closing Date for responses to the RFP shall be June 5, 2013, 4:00 pm local time.
