Description

This pre-solicitation notice is to inform that the Syracuse VA Medical Center (hereafter "The VA" or "VA"), located at 800 Irving Ave Syracuse, NY 13210, intends to release a solicitation for a project entitled "Install Door Openers, SCI 1st Floor in April 2013 The applicable NAICS code will be 238210 "Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors" with an applicable small business size standard of $14 Million. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The estimated construction value of this project falls within the range of $25,000 and $100,000 Offeror will be required to furnish a Payment Bond, Standard Form 25A or alternative payment protection which conforms to the requirements set forth in FAR Clause 52.228-13, Alternative Payment Protections. Unless additional notice is given or this notice is modified, the full solicitation will be posted to the Government-wide Point of Entry (www.fbo.gov). This is a pre-solicitation notice synopsizing an upcoming competitive solicitation satisfying the requirements of FAR 5.201 and 5.203
