- #W912ES-13-T-0056 RFQ/Scope of Work (SOW) #W912ES-13-T-0056 SF1449 RFQ/Solicitation The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District is soliciting quotes for the Spring/Fall Ground Clean-Up Services for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Leech Lake Recreation Area, Federal Dam, MN. This procurement covers a base year and four (4) option years. All work shall be in strict accordance with the Statement of Work and the Dept. of Labor Wage Determination No.: 05-285 (Rev. 11). Solicitation number W912ES-13-T-0056 is issued 100% for small businesses (SB) in accordance with FAR Part 19. Line Item 0001 is for Spring/Fall Ground Clean-Up Services for Leech Lake Recreation Area, Federal Dam, MN, Base Year. Period of Performance: 22 Apr 2013 through 31 Mar 2014. Line Item 0002 is for Option Year 1, Period of Performance: 01 Apr 2014 through 31 Mar 2015. Line Item 0003 is for Option Year 2, Period of Performance: 01 Apr 2015 through 31 Mar 2016. Line Item 0004 is for Option Year 3, Period of Performance: 01 Apr 2016 through 31 Mar 2017. Line Item 0005 is for Option Year 4, Period of Performance: 01 Apr 2017 through 31 Mar 2018. CONTRACTORS MUST QUOTE ON ALL LINE ITEMS AND PERFORM ALL REQUIREMENTS IN THE SCOPE OF WORK. The resultant contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract. The associated NAICS Code is 561730 with a size standard of $7,000,000.00. Offeror must be registered in the New System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.acquisition.gov prior to award. The new website replaces the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). A determination of the Government not to award based on the responses of this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. However, quotes may also be faxed to Attention: Deborah Lawrence at 651-290-5706. Quotes may also be mailed to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, Attn: Deborah Lawrence, Contracting Division, 180 Fifth Street East, Suite 700, St. Paul, MN 55101-1678. All quotes must be inclusive of all labor, equipment, fuel, supplies, and materials necessary to clean-up litter, branches, leaves, needles, etc. No additional costs will be enumerated after award. The full solicitation with clauses and Statement of Work (also as a separate attachment), can be obtained on the Solicitation 1449 line of this announcement.
