Description

This is an amendment to a previously synopsized requirement, for Western Red Cedar lumber to be delivered to park headquarters maintenance yard at Olympic National Park, WA. WHAT'S CHANGED: Delivery date is now added to the line item description (below), as it was initially stated on the SF-1449 and subsequent SF-30 amendment forms, indicating delivery shall be on or before May 24, 2013. The solicitation is also changed for the purpose of specifying that the #2 or better previously requested shall now be in accordance with the Western Lumber Grading Rules (WWPA), 2011 edition, Section 62 - Structural Joists and Planks. Response date is changed from 4/12/13 to 4/16/13. DESCRIPTION (changed). The National Park Service, Olympic National Park, has a requirement for Western Red Cedar lumber delivered to park headquarters maintenance yard no later than May 24, 2013. The # 2 or better specification means the lumber shall be in accordance with the Western Lumber Grading Rules (WWPA), 2011 edition, Section 62 - Structural Joists and Planks. LINE ITEM 00010: 1,200 each of 3-inch by 6-inch by 12-feet Western Red Cedar #2 or better rough cut. LINE ITEM 00020: 480 each of 4-inch by 6-inch by 12-feet Western Red Cedar #2 or better rough cut. RESPONSE DATE EXTENDED: All quotes and quote revisions are due 4/16/13. All other terms and conditions remain in effect.
