- Request for Information (RFI) for Tier 1 or Tier 1 AND low-level Tier 2 IT helpdesk. The Military Sealift Command (MSC) Global Service Desk (GSD) provides MSC personnel (Customer) with an single point-of-contact for service requests and incidents. Customers are located Afloat, Ashore, and worldwide. The GSD currently primarily performs Ticket Handling (Tier-1) services and some low-level Service Fulfillment (Tier-2) services. MSC wishes to explore commercial Call Center service providers that can perform either: • Ticket Handling (Tier-1) services or • Ticket Handling (Tier-1) in addition to Low-Level Service Fulfillment (Tier-2) services
