Description

Sources Sought for the following service: 24-hour, three hundred sixty-five (365) or sixty-six (366) days per year including all National Holidays, ground ambulance services to eligible veterans of the Department of Veterans Affairs, Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Center, Clarksburg, West Virginia. It will be necessary for the contractor to have a staff of State of West Virginia State certified Paramedics to receive radio command medical orders and being able to render life saving techniques to patients. The contractor must be able to provide up to (5) ambulance vehicles within a reasonable period of time. Contractor must be able to provide the following types of ambulances: Minivan, Wheelchair van, BLS transport and ALS transport. Louis A Johnson VA Medical Center's primary service area which includes the following counties: Barbour, Braxton, Calhoun, Doddridge, Gilmer, Harrison, Jackson, Lewis, Marion, Monongalia, Pleasants, Preston, Randolph, Ritchie, Roane, Taylor, Tucker, Tyler, Upshur, Webster, Wetzel, Wirt, and Wood.
