- Request for Proposal GOLD The United States Agency for International Development (USAID), through the Regional Contracting Office in Kosovo intends to award a Cost-Plus-Fixed Fee Completion contract to implement the Growth-Oriented Local Development (GOLD) Program in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH). Please note that this is a new procurement and not a follow-on to previous work. The Program will be jointly-funded by USAID and the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida). The goal of the Growth-Oriented Local Development (GOLD) Program in Bosnia and Herzegovina is to increase economic opportunities for BiH citizens. The purpose of the Program is to increase level of growth-oriented economic activity in selected localities.
