Description

THIS IS A SOURCE SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The NCO 19, Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center, 4100 E. Mississippi Ave, Glendale CO is performing market research to determine if there is a sufficient number of qualified (1) Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business; (2) Veteran Owned Small Business; or (3) Small or emerging small business firms to set aside a single or multiple award contracts. The Government will use responses to this notice to make to an appropriate acquisition decision. The contractor shall provide a software service/upgrade agreement for FCWnx v7 Enterprise Single server facility commander software license for the Sheridan VA Medical Center Keyless Entry System. Included will be the software service/upgrade on (1) the level one reader for 64 readers(2) the station wide paging system, which will call fire department/police if an alarm is triggered (3) provide for service pack, feature update packs and version updates to the current release level license and (4) labor for on-site installation The software service agreement (SSA) will address system software issues. Service will be provided Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Mountain time.. The area for this contract will be the VA Medical Center, 1898 Fort Road, Sheridan, WY 820801-8320. The anticipated period of performance will be one basic year plus four (4) one-year pre-priced options for renewal. All interested firms who can meet the requirements stated above should respond, in writing, with information describing their interest, capabilities, geographic location and indicate which small business category for which they qualify to the Contract Specialist Shelly Johnstone at Shelly.Johnstone@va.gov no later than 3:00 p.m. (Mountain Time), April 24, 2013. Solicitation VA259-13-R-0521 -Software Service Agreement for Keyless Entry FCWnx Software. The NAICS Code 811213 is applicable to this acquisition, the size standard for a firm to be considered as an Emerging Small Business is no greater than 50 percent of NAICS Code with a Business Size Standard of $10.0 M. Interested firms are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.12, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications in conjunction with FAR 4.11 required registration in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract.
