Description

Contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, materials, and supervision necessary to remove the existing curbs and sidewalks, and replace with new. All work shall be completed within 60 days of the Notice to Proceed. The project is estimated between $100,000 and $250,000. The project is a set-aside for small business. The NAICS is 238990 and the size standard is $14 million. This is a negotiated procurement. The number of offers received, the identity of offerors, and the amount of any offer or relative standing of any offer will not be disclosed. Proposals will be evaluated on price alone. The solicitation will be issued on or about May 1, 2013 the date for receipt of proposals will be stated in the solicitation. Offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and for monitoring FedBizOps for amendments and/or additional information. In order to download the solicitation document, Contractors shall be registered in CCR and have a valid DUNS number. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
