- The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, Norfolk, Philadelphia Office intends to negotiate a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis with PITNEY BOWES, INC. of Stamford, CT, for the purchase of Sendsuite Xpress Postal Manager Software; Crystal Report Run Time and Developer License; Multi-Workstation License; Software meter Interface DM Series; Digital Mailing System factory certified; Integrated Weighing; 100 lb Table Top Scale, Advanced Operator Training; Installation, in support of the Commander, NAVSUP, WSS, Mechanicsburg site. The procurement is being processed through other than full and open competition pursuant to the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. This Notice of Intent is not a Request for Competitive proposals. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement action based on the responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this notice.
